Many thanks to everyone who donated items of food at the Harvest Festival which have been collected for distribution by the Barnsley Foodbank. They managed to fill and load 12 crates and numerous carrier bags of food donations.
The Barnsley Foodbank is dedicated to helping local people in crisis. They provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them in crisis. They are part of a nationwide network of food banks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
