At Holy Trinity, the leadership team, staff and governors are completely focused on nurturing each individual in order that they reach their full potential. We aim to develop independent, aspiring and caring young people and to inspire them to achieve at the highest level. Outstanding relationships underpin our cohesive and forward looking community. Holy Trinity is a through school (for pupils aged 3 to 16 years) in a purpose-built, state of the art building which opened in 2012.

We have a 420 place primary phase and a 700 place secondary phase. Our 3 – 16 through-school status offers exciting and innovative learning opportunities which enhance progress and create a seamless transition between Key Stages 2 and 3. We are committed to continuous improvement in teaching and learning and our Continued Professional Development programme supports this.

Our Catholic and Church of England values form our distinctive Christian ethos, and this guides and supports everything we do as a school.

HEADTEACHER

Leadership Scale L33 to L39

To Start September 2020

This unique 3-16 Catholic and Church of England Academy is seeking to appoint a visionary Headteacher to take our students to the next stage.

Our new Headteacher will have the rare opportunity to lead a one of a kind Academy.   The successful applicant will have a vision of how to engage, excite and energise our children from when they arrive at the age of 3 to when they leave as confident, well-rounded 16 year olds ready to face the world.

We welcome applicants from any sector who are able to deliver strong, clear leadership, which motivates staff and students and positively engages our community. Our retiring Headteacher has ensured that there is an upward trajectory in all phases and the new Headteacher will continue to drive this forward at a pace.

The Academy is a happy, close-knit community with a strong ethos based on Gospel values. You will have a supportive and strong Governing Body, which is highly ambitious for its students. We would love you to visit so that you leave feeling as passionate as we do about Holy Trinity.
